My name is Selene Sauza.

I'm a specialized immigration lawyer with over 17 years of experience, I graduated from the Faculty of Law at UNAM and hold a specialization in Constitutional Law and Appeals, as well as a Master's degree in Tax Law.

I have conducted courses on Mexican Immigration Law, and I have participated as a speaker in conferences related to foreign affairs, with over 25 specialized articles published.

I assist foreigners and their families in immigrating to Mexico,helping them obtain their temporary and/or permanent residency and/or Mexican passport legally.

In the last 5 years, I have helped over 1500 families obtain ther residency; providing guidance to multinational companies, Mexican businesses, and individuals in their immigration processes, achieving positive results within agreed-upon timelines.

I offer answers to all your questions before and during the process and provide a step-by-step guide to obtaining your visa, residency, and/or naturalization through in-person appointments at our office or via zoom.

I am a graduate of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) from the Bachelor's degree in accounting I have specialized in advicing individuals and legal entities from abroad, helping them to have a better development to all those who want to start a business in México.

I can help you set up your company, advise you on the most favorable tax regime in order to avoid double taxation. I have graduated in subjects such as: Stock Market Finance, Money Laundering and Foreign Investment.

In 2018 I joined the company as accounting manager and in 2021 as partner in Sauza & Rico Attorneys, assisting all national and international clients to obtain the best solution for their procedures.

Law degree from the Universidad Mexicana, specialist in Mexican immigration law, particularly in all types of procedures for work visa applications, family unit visas, investor and economic solvency visas, stays, residence (temporary or permanent), internments to the country, immigration defense, humanitarian migration, employer registration certificates, work permits; so that managers, executives and foreign personnel and their families can obtain the appropriate immigration status.


As well as other areas of expertise that our clients require, we offer legal advice and representation in the areas of apostille and legalization, marriage permits and divorce of Mexicans and foreigners.
